Bike Mechanic Job Overview
The Mechanic will report to the Shop Manager and be responsible for performing bicycle repairs in a busy full-service shop. Responsibilities include taking in repairs, write up repair tickets, the ability to perform repairs skillfully and efficiently, and helping customers in a professional, respectful manner.
Position Details
- Excellent mechanical skills required, experience working on a wide variety of bicycles a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-directed, energetic, flexible and personable.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work competently with computers, including Point of Sale software.

Sales Associate Job Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to help maintain the store?s image and drive sales performance at our retail locations.

- 2 to 5 years retail management experience
- Outdoor industry and specialty retail preferred, bicycle knowledge and retailing a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- A ?hands-on? style of management.
- The ability to manage and motivate employees.
- Ability to resolve customer service issues.
- Knowledge of computers and technology.
- Knowledge of Social Media, Internet Marketing a plus.
